Terms of Service & End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Acceptance
By downloading or using BlueprintDB (“Software”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
2. License grant
Free tier: A limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use BlueprintDB Free features on one computer.
Pro tier: A non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use all BlueprintDB Pro features on up to 3 computers per license key.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
– Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
– Resell, sublicense, or distribute the Software
– Remove or alter any proprietary notices
4. Payment & activation
Pro licenses are purchased through Lemon Squeezy. Payment is processed at the time of purchase. License keys are delivered by email after successful payment.
5. Refund policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, contact support@blueprintdb.io within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
6. Updates
We may release updates to the Software. There is no obligation to provide updates, but Pro license holders will receive updates at no additional charge for the purchased major version.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pragma shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Software.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
